Two opportunities for YPN Members:

1) EDAWN is seeking members to join two new committees:
Workforce Network Committee - meets Wed. Feb 20th at 12:00 noon at EDAWN’s office (201 W. Liberty St #200). This committee will meet bi-monthly to review, discuss and help execute key workforce recruiting programs. Key outcomes for this committee include helping EDAWN staff secure funding partners and opportunities for recruiting skilled professionals both in and out of the region.
Industry Advisory Committee - meets Wed. March 5th from 3:30 - 5PM at EDAWN’s office. This committee will meet quarterly to review, discuss and help with the recruitment of targeted industries. Key outcomes for this committee include helping EDAWN staff secure meetings and visits with the targeted company leads and opportunities for recruiting both in and out of the region.

2) The Food Bank of Northern Nevada is looking for new board members. They are looking for a diverse and young group.
