The RTYPN welcomes Tom Powell, CEO of ELP Capital, to the Power Lunch series. ELP Capital is the parent company that owns and operates Equity Lending Partners, which has multiple lines of business within the commercial lending, mortgage and real estate industries. In addition to his extensive community involvement, Tom also serves as current Chairman of the Nevada Mortgage Advisory Council. Past involvement includes service as Ethics Chairman for the Nevada Mortgage Bankers Association, Executive Board Member for Nevada Association of Mortgage Professionals, and several terms on the board of the Nevada Mortgage Bankers Association.
