The LEAD and GIVE committees would like to hold a short brainstorming session to see the goals and efforts of each might synch.   

When: Wednesday, November 7th at 5PM

Where: Reno-Sparks Chamber Conference Room 

Note: City Hall doors lock at 5PM, so come on time or call Janet at 750-8323 

Topics to include:

  1. Resource database of all npo’s, civic and community organizations.  Representatives of all orgs would be contacted and asked to submit opportunities for involvement in their programs.
  2. Coolpeoplecare.org - liaison to manage communication with them.
  3. Pebble Project launch which would include representatives of many npo’s and speakers on how to be a board member, etc….could also include a ‘job fair’ of npo’s.
  4. Creation of an email that would update members on GIVE and LEAD committee actions.  ATTRACT and GROW could also team up to create joint email too.
  5. Creation of distinct mission statements for the LEAD and GIVE committees

We will also hold a short Leadership Committee meeting after the joint meeting to take the place of our regularly scheduled meeting on Nov. 14th.
