The 2007 Inaugural Leadership Summit was an overwhelming success. The event, held at the Grand Sierra Resort on Friday, September 28, brought in nearly 300 attendees who listened to keynote speaker, Rebecca Ryan, and took part in one of three breakout sessions, Give, Grow or Attract. The culmination of the event was the announcement of the top 20 Under 40 Awards sponsored by the Reno Gazette-Journal. They are:
